good value, ideal location and courteous staff. the breakfast is tasty, i liked eggs, bacon, fruit, hot waffles and pancakes.

Updated room, exceptionally comfortable beds, amazing pool. They had a continental breakfast that included hardboiled eggs, cereal and yogurt. Hotel was fairly clean. The stuff was very very helpful and accommodating, everything was great.

Staff and rooms were EXCELLENT, I loved it. Good choice of boiled eggs, cereals and yogurt at breakfast. Found in the busy area. Also, Grand Traverse Mall was 1 mile away.

Really courteous staff, business location and very classy room. Panoramic view, a lovely balcony, comfy bed, too. White beach near the place. The outdoor restaurant was lovely with plenty of meals in the menu. Good value, interesting area...

The room was tidy, the staff was helpful, and it was not far from where we needed to be. Management had a real "can do" approach. Moreover, free WiFi was great😃
